Very clean, charming and cute. Very quiet. It’s off the main strip of Manhattan Beach so while it’s less active during the day, that means you can sleep well at night which to me is priceless. The Manhattan pier is about a 15 to 20 minute delightful stroll down the beach walkway. The beach is less than a five minute walk and you can see the overran and waves from the apartment. Does one flight upstairs to go to the apartment which is fine for us, but if you have ambulatory difficulties, please take note. The host is extremely responsive and responsible. It does come with a dedicated parking space which is priceless if you have a vehicle.

The house overall was adorable. It has lots of windows, great lighting, and spacious patio. The common area was very open and perfectly fits six or less. The host was super responsive. There is limited patio furniture. Besides the master, the bedrooms are quite small. The couch is also pretty small for hosting six people.

This house is an absolute gem. It is very clean, spacious, with a huge backyard. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to parks, Trader Joe's, Starbucks, and lots of other stores/restaurants. Also, great price for what you get! I would highly reccomend.
